2. Start from the guided setup on your dashboard.

3. Add your website URL. Smartcat reviews your public pages and captures how your brand writes, including tone, audience, and style.

4. Upload a sample bilingual document, meaning a source file and its translation. Smartcat pulls reusable translations and key terminology from it.

5. Smartcat assembles these into ready-to-use assets that guide every AI translation in your workspace. You can review, edit, or rebuild them at any time, and everything stays in one place.
